Why doesnt this woman listen to me?
Is because she is not free?
Is it because im always trying to give her a helping hand?
Or is it because she wants a better man?
Doesn't she know she is pushing me away.
She acts like im telling her to obey.
Doesnt she know niggas in the hood aint no good?
Seem like she would go for a nigga like that if she could.
Gods knows im not trying to tell her what to do.
I just want her to see it from my point of view.
Doesnt she know Im always there by her side?
Seem like when I do that she would just run from me and hide.
Doesnt she know im a good guy?
Seems like she rather run from the truth than a lie.
Doesnt she know I was always there for her in the time of need.
Seems like she only cares about herself and greed.
Doesn't she see her family doesn't want us to be together?
Seem like they want her to be alone forever.
Doesn't she know her mother wants to break us apart
That was her plan from the very start.
Doesnt she know a good man like me is very hard to find ?
Because im ambitious and one of a kind
Doesnt she know im a good father?
Seems like she wants me to try harder
Doesnt she know I just want her to listen?
Seems like all she wants is attention
Doesnt she know im hurt inside
because she doesn't listen?
Seems to me she thinks thats not true because of woman's intuition.
I hope and pray one day she will wake up
Because if she doesnt it will be time for us to break up.
