My word, my woes, forever entwined,
A tangled web of thoughts confined,
In every phrase and every line,
A piece of me, forever enshrined.
My word, my woes, they come and go,
Sometimes a gush, sometimes a slow flow,
A raging storm or a gentle breeze,
They bring me up or bring me to my knees.
My word, my woes, a burden and a bliss,
A double-edged sword, I can't dismiss,
They weigh me down, but also lift me high,
They make me laugh, but also make me cry.
My word, my woes, a constant friend,
A faithful companion till the very end,
They keep me company, day and night,
Guiding me through darkness and light.
My word, my woes, a part of me,
A reflection of who I long to be,
With each new word, a new hope grows,
A brighter future, free of all woes.
