Never thought i'll be a musican
Always focused on building myself
Until i saw a finely polished piece of instrument by itself
Small and sweet, aura of innocence
As I strum the strings
It played its resonent frequency
But the sound waves produced were in different medium
Physically detected but connected through ether
I wanted to feel the air molecules distrubed by the strings while playing it.
Lack of practice
You see when the instrument was actually handed,
Some right but many wrong chords were played by me
Fear of not able to play it again
I played the hardest chord
All of sudden it went silent
I strummed no rhythm but a grim tone arised
Playing the easier notes again
I waited for it to resonent again
Meanwhile I thought, ideas came
Might be the hardest chord is reserved for a different musican
Or not ready for anyone to be played with
I moved on, carried on my life
Tried once in a while playing the smaller notes on it
But don't know, was it ecstasy or its fine finish
Cause its beauty was a mystery
Universe is a funny place,
More you try to resist something it hits you back in the face like a thrown boomerang
It's rythm echos in my ears everytime i visit
the place it is kept or the place it is advertised
Wish i could someday play romantic songs with it
But i go with one though
"If you love something, let it go. If it comes back to you, its yours forever. If it doesn't, then it was never meant to be."
