Destruction instructs not what it befalls
So is nature; oblivious of its own...calls
Unfurls us factions unto the incontinence
Of life's unnameable roles
And pledges to guilt a profane allegiance
from crime's eyes which it prowls
to the innate dream where death talls
Inanimate and misnomed
Figures of light that roam
About a life unknown
Fraught with vain pretence
Life then Fate proceeds...
with prudence
Subjugates us slaves for guidance
And pertinence
Ever sought never attained it feeds
Gluttony's lust and pays in greeds
Many a pleasure it treasures
And all excesses it frees
Wrath, Pride, Envy and Sloth
Ever a sin so deadly it breeds.
