Sometimes when your feeling overwhelmed
Feeling lost, confused or emotions are sky high
And feeling like your head is a tornado spinning with thoughts
Sometimes life becomes to much
Sometimes to much to handle
Sometimes a life you never thought would be yours,
Sometimes you just need a good friend, Good high and overdue cry on a shoulder in nature
Nature anywhere frosts lake ponds mountains waterfalls beach or just simply grass,
The feeling of watching water blow the direction of the wind, sometimes still as with a look that makes you wonder if a poke would break it
Watching the leaves fly across the ground fall down in a circle or fly up and down across or and around
Tress tops swaying back and forth or still as the trunks in the ground to them holding them strong some dead most alive
Sometimes nature is all you need
To breath in the fresh air sun on your face and a clear head.
Sometimes nature with a good cry, hug and chat is just what our simple life needs to keeps us strong like
The winds moving the leaves, Strong force swaying the tress,
Strong tree trunks keeping the tree standing while showing of its damage bits parts been hurt by nature as well as human kind,
Missing sections of its body showing its bravery in battles but always a sign of victory from nature,
Roots grounded so deep below still held together where the feeling of hurt and happenings is felt just like us humans
With forceful connection to the tree as well as roots a connection that's felt everything us humans have but just like us store it's hurts happenings anger and memories of the past in its heart.
Just like our heart at the roots where life began with a heart beat, roots are grown, where each root connection to one another for reasons not even we know but are strong forceful some more then others while some are cracked broken or forgotten about buried under others are healing been found again and learning about love.
Roots all grown stronger thicker connections with others all start from one side but connect back to the same first root only difference parts the heart.
