No love in the heart of city

You are so full of Hopes & Dreams,
but I see homeless children hope and cry for supper and amid mother's mourning screams,
I see hope die on the street from deal gone bad, gangs, stray bullets of thugs and or aimed ones of cops, or the devil out for souls on the scheme,
And if it's innocent no matter how much community outrage nothing is ever seen,
Stop snitching signs on train and yet endless phone rings on anonymous tip lines, you Keen to reward hero's yet forget true Hero's, VA's backed up down the street,
It's like the city is tired of finding the wrong men but when comes time to find someone different or turn another way, you must like the ill service you always get because you reorder the same load shit, to always tread the same path,
But claim to be trailblazing, but I clock math,
You get more if you play both ways like Trump in the trap house you play to your base, playing superstar and tragic victim,
So you to either you appear top tier, but your kids flee to Florida in old age to die free of Mommy dearest abuse and system,
Careful with the youth initiatives they might think you care,
And turn spiteful when they need you and you never there,
May turn American gangster, may grab fame and flee to LA, and return on family events but never live there accept for tax Haven or to clean dirty money in business, comedy shows, tire shops, hotel, restaurants and business here,
Everyone want a slice of the fruit but buyer beware,
All sell are final and it's beensitting in spotlight to long, it's long been ripe,
See when you slice it's brown mush, and cobwebs where seeds should be,
No heart you find in it's core to see,
Because there's no love in the heart of the city,
