she was different from all my friends
for some reason I wanted to keep her safe
I wanted to protect her heart till the end
so she'll be happy always
the times we held hands
the times we hug
those beautiful smiles
and cries along
I didn't loose her
I let her go
not because I don't want her
but she just had to go
even though we were close
even though we could have been closer
I still decided to let her go
so she'll be happier
though I was special to her
as she was to me
but nomatter how hard we try
we just can't change it
Cause we could feel what we had in us
