S

nothing left

I look at this paper, as I'm holding this pen
I'm trying to search, but the doors never open
Something to write about, something to say
Realising I have nothing by the end of the day
All my life I've been looking for something more
But the key is broken and I can't get through the door
Everywhere I go I dodge right back into a brick wall
The rocks at the bottom piercing right through me, As I stumble and fall
I try my best to complete lifes race, as the finish line is afar
I crawl my way towards the light, striving to reach for the stars
The moisture from the dirt sinks into my skin, preparation for my soul
For the failures ahead and a heart never to be whole
My hands are down, my head is lowered, I begin to pray
Take this life I No longer want to thrive, I'm sorry I have to give it away
To somebody who will use it to there full advantage
The numbers are incresed, as its only a percentage
