Ocean Life
Through my window I looked outside
I can see the gentle movement of the ocean tide,
I just stared and stared
The hypnotising movement had me snared,
I wondered what if we were a part of the ocean
I guess it's an idea with less notion,
Just imagine ourselves as one of the sea creatures
We would have many special features,
Many say we would be a mermaid or a merman
Which is gold to the fisherman,
We would be swimming in the vast sea
From humanity we might flee,
Being friends with the ocean faunas
Discovering many hidden areas,
Like the legendary lost city of Atlantis
Which has awe-struck the Archeologist,
We would be free of confinement
Which would be a great achievement,
Watching many ships sail
With curiosity we would surveil,
The coolness of the water
Would make me want to go for many adventure,
From the confinement of humanity
I would be free from insanity,
A sudden horn of a vehicle brought me back
Freedom is what we really lack,
I moved away from the window
