Its was his birthday. Yet here he was dead in an alleyway. Nobody knew for weeks where he was but when he was found their cries were known. They blamed themselves for what happened. his family broken into two.
Losing him wasn't what sadden them the most. The last thing they said to each other was. "I hate you", "your worthless",and so much more. It drove him to the edge and brought him to death's door. He was found beaten to death with nothing but a pocket watch in his hand.
Tears fell as his family looked at the pocketwatch. The thing that made them cry wasn't the watch but the letter inside. Inside was an apology note for them. And he wrote on his death day. On his birthday...
