"Once Weary Traveler"

I been round the world
Loved many races
When I moved on they had
Lovely smiles on their faces,
I've traveled from the east
Clear across the Pond
Just to be with an Irish lass
For whom I was quite fond,
We enjoyed some Irish stew
Drank a pint of Guinness
Oh what an enjoyable thing to do,
We let nought come between us,
Yet, I still go there to rest
When you truly want to relax
Ireland is the best
Just avoid their high tax,
Oh I still travel the world
Visit quaint and exotic lands
My Irish lass and I went to
The White Cliffs of Dovers sands,
Now people travel electronically
Bouncing from satellite to satellite
Making friends in ever country
Still the olds ways make my night's.
