One last dance

I walk the streets we used to walk,
Remembering how we used to talk,
About our dreams, about our past,
Trying to make each moment last,
Ruthless time then made us cry,
Can't remember why I didn't try,
To hold you closer, a bit more tight,
And make my wrongs a bit more right,
Wish I could call you, but all in vain,
Has your heart healed or is it still in pain,
Have you moved on, found someone new,
That holds you close like I used to do,
I know it's too late now, burnt my chance,
But I just wish for one last dance,
One last walk with you at night,
To make my wrongs a bit more right.
