If God would grant me just one wish
I'd wish that a single day would go by
that the world would live in happiness
and that no one on this earth would die.
Can you imagine just how AWESOME it would be
to hear no bad news for one day?
To pick up the paper with no obituaries to read,
and watch the news and they'd have nothing bad to say?
If for just one day, we could all get along
and death would knock at no one's door,
do you think it would change the world somehow
and we could just go back to the way it was before?
Or if just that one day would make everyone see
that WE are what makes life this way,
and it's up to us to change the world
to be a better place to live in every day?
