"You Lord"
Lord for you I wish to do good
It is You Lord I want to please
I want you to control my life
Some of my desires are these,
I want you to control my words
My actions would you please take hold
In Your arms I desire warmth
Not feeling the world and it's cold,
Lord teach me to think of just You
Lord teach me Your Words and ways
When it's dark and stormy outside
Make them seem like sunny days,
Many do have the wonder lust
They do not think You're there
They're self-centered in all they do
For the needy they do not care,
For You Lord I wish to do good
It is You I long to worship
On my tongue may your grip be firm
Allow my tongue and feet no slip.
