"Fast, Sabbath"
Today I will break my fast
Just after eight p.m.
I will praise my Lord God
I could do nought without Him,
Walk and drink water
Making me spiritually strong
Minute by minute, hour by hour
So I can't go wrong,
When I do break my fast
I will consume something sweet
Then I will partake
Of simple food to eat,
Walking I will also do
Just to limber my bones
Right now for regular exercise
I am starting to jones,
Sunday I will start to fast
That will last for several days
Eating only supper
Enough so I walk not in a daze.
