Would I be where I am today?
Would the sun shine upon me?
Would I get on my knees?
What would I do without you?
Would I be happy and carefree?
Would I still sing songs of Joy?
Would I live to eternity?
To be without your touch,
Would I be cold hearted inside?
Would I still feel the sun's warmth?
Would of loves joy I be denied?
To go with your tenderness,
Would I want another God?
Would this god be compassionate?
Would I still find joy?
What would I be without you?
I ask myself this everyday,
Would I still be a happy one?
Would to You Most High I still pray?
I venture to say Yes!!!
