Let me die!
I cried and I stared in woe
at the world before me
My weeping eyes could not bear to tell.
What became of these lands?
A pearl in the nest of memories
(Forever lost...)
Departed from the minds of humanity.
Scavengers, feeding on mother's blood
(The parasites of life)
With my heart
I condemn these ignorant ways.
Like the leaves of the high trees
I wither and fall,
Borne by autumnal winds
Take me to my funeral hall.
I'm all alone,
in the grip of a silent sadness
I have been told to honour life
but if all I see is darkness,
let me die and become empty.
The world we once knew
now ceased to exist
Our science left no anwers
to an emptiness surrounding us.
Struck by disorder and confusion
A new civilization built
upon the ruin of us.
Why is it taking so long
to reveal the truth of life.
Open eyes, into tears of undeceived world
Into life for us for so long unbeknown.
