Delegate responsibility & if you receive last-minute callouts, adapt & be satisfied with what you have.
Don't get discouraged, we all have free will. Don't guilt trip others over what they choose to do.
Communicate efficiently & effectively, don't be forceful.
Follow your heart. Use discernment. Religion was born dead.
