Touché
Towers of dreams built in our dreams
For donkey years same story told
Fairy tales told to please the minds
Same old same old yesterday
Blending with tomorrow that never comes
Soaked in endangerment of beautiful fallacies
Silver linings is what we dream to come true
Flustered
Like news from north east west south
Blending together in the middle,
Forming a huge whirlpool and,
Making this voyage of ours distant
This whirlpool which was once part of us
Sharing the same components
Now on another level of heights and depth
Famished
Clenching our teeth to satiate ourselves
Melody of death rhyming through days
Filthy hands of death romancing our days
Picking us one after another
Like my grandmother pick her grains
Hurricane swallows the storm like the storm did gale
Sanctified
Our dreams burn to ashes
But not our benevolent hearts
Not our souls as strong as a rock
We will continue to dream
Even when our hearts falters
Our broken bones disagree
Because we are the dream
