Self pity is the root of all sin;
you can never win
if you forever drown
your sorrows-

Sadly;
yet proudly,
I've faked a smile a lot-
I had no choice;
it is the only voice
the universe understands
more than the pain
itself-:

One left me
not only behind,
but with a lesson also,
When it rains, it pours;
nobody is really yours-
that's the law of life-:

It took a lot
to proudly jot
down this piece;
I've come to peace
with the way I
am-:
