Thoughts arrive like a torpedo
Traveling at the speed of light
Bouncing inside like a superball
Each thought is about to collide
My mind is playing out scenes
Some that are not very delightful
Tripping in the head consistently
It's going in a never ending cycle

The brain runs wild like a race
Creating thoughts at a hectic pace
Endless loops of worry and doubt
Uninterrupted time, won't let me out
Overthinking grips me in a bind
Blurring my vision, stifling my mind
Relief is found only in letting go
Letting life unravel, letting it flow.
