I was sitting on my porch... Clutching my head tightly
My messy hair sticking on wet cheek filled with mascara streaks
Thinking back all I could feel was pain
No matter how hard I tried it's hard to figure out a way to heal
That's when I heard a music that calmed me... As rain drops started to fall they took my mind off the voice in my head
I finally found a way to deal with this hurt
I walked a few steps and stood facing the sky
The dark clouds, the thunder, the lightning... The things that once used to scare me now appease me
I cried... Rain hid my tears
... Thunder hid my sobs..my memories became faint by Lightning.. The wind sweep away his annoying voice in my head...
As the rain worked its magic and washed my tears away I realised... I'm more relaxed now
My pain, my Hurt all disappeared just like that
Now I know why they say 'mother nature'
It can be scary sometimes but when we needed it can sooth us like no one can
