Pass it forward
It takes but one act of kindness from your soul that lives in your heart
To Give someone a chance to change their stars to get a head start
To a new life built on solid foundation
Not set up to fail but to succeed and take part in our celebration
Where they can show their pride
By walking side by side and step by step in stride
As if they have been doing this for so long
They feel like they belong
Then they will be able to pass that kindness along
If we as people will start helping each other
Instead of beating one another
Then we may once in for all
put down all our differences so we can tear down the walls
That were put up long ago by man
To live in a new world where we can
live as equal and not by what color skin
If your male or female If your fat or thin
So now remember that one act of kindness to help your brother
Then that is passed forward over and over and over to one another
We change humanity forever
