While the fleet-footed hare made haste down the long, winding, brushy path and reveled it's seemingly successful escape, the sly fox abruptly aborted pursuit, stood in a seemingly defeated posture and intensively observed. With a devilish smirk upon it's face, the cunning fox proudly acknowledged it's flawlessly orchestrated trial and error run. The fox then turned away and triumphantly scampered home.
