If I were a SpongeBob character,
I’d be Patrick Star —
the kind who laughs too loud,
loves too much,
and thinks the ocean feels like home.
I am dumb-hearted,
not foolish —
just soft enough to let the world happen
without needing to understand it all.
Some call it naïve,
but I call it faith —
the art of floating
while everyone else is trying to swim.
I let life take its course,
and somewhere between the tide and stillness,
I find poems hiding in the foam.
It’s that same quiet chaos
that fuels my creative space —
where mistakes turn into melodies,
and peace wears a pink star’s smile.
