See, this is a piece about peace
Since peace is a need
That we all need to feed
Cuz’ what is not peace needs to seize
See, I have seen homes
Broken into pieces
Instabilities stained societies
Potentials ravaged
Bright brains renounced
Cuz’ there is no peace
So, let’s give peace a chance.
A chance to right our wrongs
To Brighten our lives
To bring back the smiles
Buried the sad files
For a society without peace
Is not a society for humans!
Let’s give peace a chance
For the children to grow
Us for our parents to feed
For teachers to teach and students read
For our leaders to lead
For without peace
I won’t be here to recite this piece,
So let’s give peace the chance
To live in a progressive society
And accepting our diversity.
