I'm just on the pursuit of the one.
I can not rest until it's done.
if you happen to know her would you tell her I'm waiting for her.
if you see her in the mirror
would you come home,
or at least phone.
I still have your painted pine cones.
Will you be the one I have know,
I've changed since I've been alone.
Will you be the one I still adore,
and admire,
and implore,
when down to the wire.
can I count on you to be who you say.
wouldn't have it any other way.
be who you are
nestled gently amongst asteroids and stars
remembering lightning bugs in pickle jars.
with little air holes so that they can breath.
Wrote this one for you.
kathie...
thank you for inspiring this one.
