POEMIC PHILOSUFFERER

Spotting kisses that seek to
dust off my decayed thoughts
Decades of tears and pain among
Hearts, colder than Polar north
I spent most of my lonely hours
In graveyards, smelling tomb flowers
Gazing at death blooming in life
Dooming hearts filled with paranoia
Funeral bells with open hearses
Hissing in them are coffins filled
With coughings of philosophical
Thoughts that are trapped in the
Darkest places of my poetic skull
My thoughts are dark, haunted,
Subconsciously obnoxious, wild
Enough to be lines in the dark pages
Of Anne Frank's diary that grieved
For ages after the holocaust that
Was staged by sages in Saal-Schutz
that kept the chapters in the great
Philosophy of Kant in cages of SS Bolts
Hold my head, now behead the
Sinister sin in sight, inside my closet is
Full of demons, am afraid to unlock
Them with my soul of darkness
Some call me the "philosopher"
But I call myself the "sufferer"
Surely, I am more a philosufferer
Suffling through life, trying hard
Not to do to people as Henry VIII
Did to his ex wives, to resolve the
Hardest of puzzles that teases lives for
Ages in darkness with no light in sight
Insight the Boko and the Shabaab
To bob their heads and bow to the
Most sophisticated wisdoms of
J.J. Rousseau and Voltaire, only then
Would Marie Curie revive her dried
Broken bones in content for the
Chibok girls and their stolen virginity
My soul is haunted by my thoughts
Slaying the self when it is safe to love
From the darkest cord of the
Umbilical in the womb, to the
Depths and size of the tomb
Comb my nerve wires, then weave
Them to withstand the waves of pain
It's a world of people, peeping
Through your peepholes, give
Them no loopholes to your privacy
It's an unfair trade, exchange of
Conversation filled with dark stories
Of best of friends who revealed
Their innermost darkest secrets
Hidden deep under the silent skin
It is indeed a lonely world when you
Crave so much for complex thoughts
But you are surrounded by shallow
Thinkers, so high on the superficial
What if I ask you what your biggest
Fear is, will we have a conversation?
Let's have a fair exchange of thoughts
This is a burden for most, perhaps
How do we put happiness on a scale
That would totally satisfy everyone?
Where is the begining and the end
Of our individual quest for happiness?
Is it possible for man to give without
Expectations, for his own satisfaction?
