I think am a poet
I have poetic feelings
that strong love for poetry
I can smell poetry
had that sixth poetic sense
since way back in school
been hearing poetic voices
voices so poetic loud
I started writing poetry
voices got poetic louder
had to put ear plugs
poetic voices stopped
but feelings never stopped
all these years
till I can't neglect them
no more
I still smell poetry
I want to write poetry
If voices get poetic louder
I'll just write more poetry
Because
I think am a poet.
