I write to ease my mind A soothing outlet these days is hard to find It calms my being down to the core It satisfies me and much much more I let my emotions go as words start to flow Fierce, depressed, happy, i let it all show And if you are one of the lucky few that i let see It's because you mean so much to me In this writing My heart is revealed Only to few, for the rest it is sealed As my emotions start to emerge, i begin to think And slowly and carefully, i put it all in ink
