Sadness slowly creeping in
As I gaze into the night sky,
Reminiscing about how's my life been,
Wondering why I didn't die.
Every smile I fake,
Just to hide the pain,
And those drugs I take,
Just to numb the pain.
You know, the humans are funny,
Because before they destroy you,
First, they'll make you happy,
Then, before you know it, it's too late for you.
If I only knew that I'm going to receive pain,
I'd refused the cover you gave and enjoy the rain.
