pouring out my heart

you ripped me to the core.
and that was love at first sight.
a dying wordsmith trying to find use of empty words just to bring them meaning.
but there's meaning was you.
in shades of midnight black and porcelain.
the alluring paleness that meant beauty.
the Rivers two shades of blue that meant love.
yet I ache to know love.
to feel it.
with the infectious fires of passions.
the luminous seductive gloom that serenaded the night which is a cold pale kiss of the moon.
yet I die every night.
just to feel you.
so concrete so real to dreams of my subconscious.
yet you were a muse that plaque my existence.
haunting me like a ghost.
seducing me with a kiss.
a touch aching reminds me of bliss.
yet missing you is sweet misery.
though I am invisible to you.
you see through the hollow depths of my soul you eat chunks of my heart as I lose control.
yet you love the chunks of me the hunks of goodness that seep through my pores that no one sees.
yet my empty words become promises infatuated by the eyes of you.
yet your memory lingers in my mind.
as I pour out my heart my soul with these emotions no longer gone.
