PRICELESS TREASURE

As impatient as a lover,
I waited for the doctor who took eternity to speak,
What taking her long? She better not get me pissed,
Tired of waiting, I knew my little patience was over,
Sweet talking it, I watched him as if he would sneak,
Thanks for my long neck, I saw my name in the cover,
Immediately I proceeded to him without waiting for his signal.
One and two days after my engagement,
I developed a silly illness which made me so weak,
My most beloved being on a business errand for a week,
The unwelcomed guest whose stomach is never full visited,
This guest whose legs never tire knocked off my beloved,
Not minding my being sick and weak.
My lips parted in a soundless scream,
I was pregnant, did he say heavily pregnant?
Was I supposed to be happy or sad?
How could I be pregnant when the owner was resting in peace?
Well, atleast death did not rip everything from me,
I have a gift so precious which needed my attention.
I will name you treasure,
For this is a gift from my beloved;
Through this his presence will be felt,
No one will ever hurt you my treasure,
For you are now my most beloved,
Taking care of you I will derive pleasure.
Putting a smile on your face I will,
Guarding you I will with all my everything;
I won't let even a fly touch your pretty face,
I promise you nothing but the best,
For this is the only way of honouring my late love,
I can't wait to have you in my arms sweet treasure.
