we all have our problems
some more than me
so I sit and think
why I didn't see
blind as a bat
swallowing my pride
hoping that one day
you'll see what's inside
can't dream of tommorow
for words only pass
threw minds that forget
about what life does surpass
a fool in the waiting
not me as I learn
only one that lets one in
