Nothing is ever easy to face
When loving you to your fullest embrace.
We said we would never end up this way.
But life took us for granted, and we are stuck in this world wide phase.
The promises became lies,
The happily ever after became goodbyes.
I looked upon you as my mentor in life.
But sorrowfully you brought on the strife.
Now all I could do is look.at you and say goodbye.
We could have been better then our parents but our love had died.
The craziest thing is my tears all went dry.
You broke our love with a lie.
Now I stand here protecting my heart from someone like you.
Life is built off of trust and guilt, I believe you knew.
So never come around my side of the fence
I just want you to believe that whatever I said, i meant.
