Psalm 91:1-4 — A Poem of Shelter
1. Dwell
Whoever hides in the shadow of the Most High,
who makes His presence home, not just a visit,
sleeps safe under the wings of the Almighty.
Storms can rage. The roof holds.
2. Say
This is my confession when fear comes knocking:
“You are my refuge. You are my fortress.
My God — the One I trust when nothing makes sense.”
Speak it till your breathing slows.
3. Rescue
He is the net-cutter, the trap-breaker,
the One who snatches you from snares you never saw.
When death whispered plans in the dark,
His hand reached first and pulled you out.
4. Cover
Under His wings — that’s the address now.
Feathers like a shield, truth like armor.
No arrow of panic, no plague of dread
can pierce what He covers.
So rest here.
Not because you’re strong,
but because He is.
Dwell. Say. Trust. Be covered.
