Prepare your Quail or chicken and bake it. While your Quail is baking clean and chop your shrimp , tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions add in your epis, then add in your shrimp. Add some of the noodles water and when the noodles are ready add them in. Let it simmer then plate it.
