I'm tired, I'm done, I'm drained, and unsatisfied,
This rollercoaster ride is endless, I've had enough, I've tried.
Even rollercoasters pause, but my life won't slow down,
When can I rest, and savor life, without this constant frown?
When do I get to eat my cake, and have it too?
Must I reach a certain age, or milestone, to break through?
Can I give my all, and still cope with the aftermath?
What can I let go of, to find some peace, and a lighter path?
Ironically, solitude brings me joy, and sets me free,
A strange delight, in being alone, wild, and carefree.
Perhaps in stillness, I'll find strength, and a newfound voice,
To rise above this tiredness, and make a brand-new choice.
