how do I feel today... hmm. okay I guess, just kind of, kicking back having a break, taking some time off, really just been reflecting lately, on some of the crazy shit going on in the world, and well, kind of appreciating that I'm not in the middle of ALL of it

so what's the grind your on when you're not on break?
maniac: oh, bit of this bit of that, get a good song out now and then, really just alot of travel to different places meeting different people,
host: lot of different projects going on or just a few?
maniac: nah, just a few, had to slow it down a bit after awhile,
