Rattled

Cage rage bust me from these chains.
Shackles to unleash.
Anger to peak.
Memories to burst from one word you dare to speak.
A past to never forget.
My nerves are shaken for no reason at all.
Thoughts bouncing around in a mind becoming overehelmed.
A touch that you give I just cant feel.
Rattled from the trauma to take me for a spin.
A rollercoaster that never seems to quit.
Break
Shake
Wake me till it quits.
Another nightmare come and gone.
Bleeding my pain that never seems to stop.
Cells I wish to burn
My heart in a ache.
My hair be a mess.
My eyes are tired.
This brain just wont stop.
Over thinking events that just don't matter.
Things I cant change.
People that left, those that forgot.
I bled I did not change.
Life took a hold and molded me to its liking.
The plan that I had combusted in my face.
Every hope to be lost.
The dreams became shattered.
Rotting in the dust till a new journey came to be.
My plan had a whole other plan that the pain brought me to see.
