It was the most bitter tea
I had to drink
I had no name for it
I decided to call it reali-tea
I couldn't bear taking it
So I had to run
Far away from it
Then I found shelter in my fantasies and fictions
Fell deep into them
Got trapped in by illusions
I was so comfortable in it
That I got lost in my nightmares
Only to be found in my dreams
Where reality and hope crossed my path
to form a mist
I couldn't see a thing, all blurs
Only felt them kicking my face so hard
Tried to hid from them
But their aim pierced directly in my head to my mind
Tendrils of fear rose my skin
Leaving me shaking and trembling at a thought of it
In a while the mist was gone
Then appeared an amazing clarity
Accompanied with pain of bitterness
I had to come out of my fantasies
To face the reality
Then I realized
However much I dug it deep and run from it
It will always resurface itself and follow me
So I just had to swallow it
Even if I had no appetite for it
To cage it in my life
And get comfortable in its imperfections
