Breaking free from the trap of time
I finally see the universe inside
For the eyes are three, without duality
without the fear of unfamiliarity
Took me training to tame the mind
When terror threatens what's outside
I welcomed life or death - my breath
takes care of it respectively
Staring in awe as the light brightens
Starting to float as my body lightens
Free from form or gravity
Untethered to depravity
I notice the appeal to life
I finally feel real and alive
One whole without polarity
I see reality with clarity
