Red Blooded Piano

O honey, you played me
Played me like a song
You struck out as soon as I was able to feel your touch
Before I knew something was wrong
Your love was gold to me, more than anyone else could be
You came to me with a scar, but only for me to bleed
I mean you took every single note out of me, no longer breathing
Music that you made from me, but I didn't hear it
The black keys you played turned red, from the open wounds of my flesh
My blood poured all over it, a complete mess
I was far good back then, now I'm over stressed
What I wanted from you, was your love for me, nothing less
The sounds you made from me were beautiful, but I wasn't made to be a groom
You took out my heart, then ate it with a silver spoon
I know I am only an instrument, but I feel so over used?
Maybe because you only played me for my feelings, not for my tunes
