Automobile skids off the road
Forest fire burns for months
A pandemic takes it's toll
With the punches we try roll
Oft times it's a to heavy a load
Our minds stuck with what to do
As we deal with aftermaths residue...
No bad problem just goes away
Doesn't just vanish into thin air
The cleansing is far from simple
Glass and metal to dispose of
Bury the bodies of those we love
Planting trees to begin life anew,
Trying to cope with the residue...
