Resilience

When life comes at you, slow or otherwise
When part of you begins to grow apart
When misfortune griddles you and seem to lose your price
When you feel lost, and soul and body feels apart.
Hold your spirit high,
Let not go of yourself
Though broken and your end feels nigh
For all what you may need is yourself.
Like how yolks reside blissfully in albumin
So does blessing in misfortune
Cry not, a fall is sometimes a good omen
You will rise again, and yesterday's fall will be a path to a greater fortune.
