For the underlying love; a pain that will never cease
To the stormy heart we pray for peace
To the missing and caring heart that fondles with ease
We will never stop to feel, as we can never stop to miss
An unexpected demise, a scenario instilling pain
A pain that will never leave, everly running in our vein
The vein of a homely child becoming lone in restrain
Restrain with depression like a hustler under the rain
They say time heals but what happens when time needs healing?
When the only memory it brings is of pain and deserted feeling
When it could no longer bring will to those willing
And always triggered to reveal the pain we’re concealing
We’re told to murmur not but always yield to our master
But life is going fast, promising to soon shatter
Many cuts and wounds in the heart, smiles is used as plaster
To cover it and hinder it from going fatter
The world seem empty when loved ones are gone
The eyes seem blind when the loved ones can’t be seen
To the departed heart, so many works you left undone
Be we hope to make it better than they have been
Little can we say about your demise-God knows better
Fly into the heavens momma, you’ve got a golden feather
Had you told us, we would have sent a letter
So you’ll help deliver to our heavenly father
Hearts are hurt, bones weak; eyes are red
Mourning increases as you lay breathlessly everly on your bed
But not as agreed, not a single word as said
Not as you have promised to stay with us to the end
The days are cold living without you momma
The nights now seem longer as we grow older
We missed those days of old thinking of your good deeds
RETURN IF POSSIBLE, with you; momma we plead.
