Absence of breath.
Absence of reflexes.
Absence of pulse.
All at once you are relaxed,
no more worries,
no more boundaries,
no more time
or commitments
or fear of abandonments.
So what is there?
I believe it won't be over.
That maybe when we expire
we'll watch over everyone we admire
until everyone we've ever known has expired
and then
it begins again
one by one we are reborn.
We won't recall
but we'll learn a new path of living.
We'll make new friends,
learn new religions
and earn different opportunities
until eventually,
we accept and understand each other
because we've all been there before.
