I have an enchanting beauty,
With alluring blood red colour,
Water droplets embedded as diamonds,
And petals soft as cat's fur.
Proudly as I was looking outside,
A young man came and bought me,
From his blushing and smiling I guessed,
Something special it was supposed to be.
As he handed me over to her ,
I was very delighted,
It felt as if I was the reason,
That two souls united.
She chuckled for a while,
Then stared at me and embraced,
She smiled widely to herself ,
As slowly my petals she carresed.
Since I am quite old ,
Earlier beauty I don't show,
But I am still kept with care,
As I am the symbol love.
