Understanding me is complicated.
its hard.
its repetitive.
its frustrating
its aggravation
its more and more as time slips on by.
Expecting something different
I by now should know.
You will never see my mental health as what plaques me.
Im the junkee and that how I feel I will be seen
Now matter how hard it is to comprehend, this is what reoccurs and this is where there needs to be change.
Im strong and gone through to much
now I have been pushed to hard.
I have up my guard.
the iron curtain is up all four chambers of my heart.
