Everywhere you look
you will find a scar.
But don't think,

Each scar
tells it's own story.
Ones of pain, fear, self-rejection;
but also of strength!
Strength to continue
while begging everything to end.
The scars won't tell,
the fight it took
to come to love each one of them.
Everyone sees the scars,
but can you see,
how beautiful I am?
